Roadmap

Near-term direction without vapourware promises.

Autonomous Operations — the system

Everything feeds one brain: Providers → AI Engineer → Today's Work → Safe Recommendation → Preview → Approval → Apply → Verification → Evidence → Learning.

  • Monday Brief + Run my Monday on the dashboard home
  • Fleet Memory — infrastructure history the AI can cite
  • Confidence engine — every recommendation explains why
  • Automation policies — SSL, CVE, disk, PHP if/then recipes
  • Organisation Standards — one-click fleet alignment
  • Cross-platform reasoning — GitHub → Forge → Cloudflare → latency

Near term — shipping now

Priorities that are actively in design or build — not a promise calendar.

  • Phase 1 · Magical first connect with live discovery
  • Phase 2 · AI Engineer overnight brief
  • Phase 3 · Today's Work homepage
  • Phase 4 · Evidence Packs

Next — make three connectors unbelievable

Don't ship fifty shallow integrations. Make Cloudflare, Forge and GitHub deep enough that AI can manage, not just monitor.

  • Phase 5 · Cloudflare depth → org-standard drift
  • Phase 6 · Forge depth → correlate failures to deploys
  • Phase 7 · GitHub context → deployment stories across systems

What we will not do

We will not ship blind auto-apply that bypasses organisation policies. Automation without preview, verification and audit is not on the roadmap.
